@MTNGhana I am writing to express my utmost disappointment in the way MTN strategically wiped-out an entire 142.86GB of our broadband data yesterday 17/02/2025. Our data balance of 142.86GB as at 8:24 am was enough to last my office over a month @Citi973 @tv3_ghana

@MTNGhana @Citi973 @tv3_ghana Please do the needful and confirm when our 142.86 GB will be reversed because this systematic data rip off will be escalated to the appropriate authority.
I've budgeted for this data to last the first quarter of the year considering our daily consumption of 3GB to 5GB .

@MTNGhana @Citi973 @tv3_ghana I also saw a deduction of 5.8GB at 2:58am when no one was at the office at that time. No one also came to the office during the weekend to work.
What surprises us most is that half of our workforce was on the field working on monday so our data consumption should have been less.

@MTNGhana Earlier today, I checked our data balance at 8:24 am which specifically read 142.86GB, and was enough to last my office over a month. A small office space that uses between 3 to 5GB each working day was shocked on how your outfit dubiously wiped out the entire data before 2pm
