@matt_w_forsythe Is that requirement only for production access, or can I still set up and test subscriptions in Internal testing while this is locked? If Internal testing should work, what should I double-check (billing permission, AAB with Play Billing Library, payments profile, etc.)?

@matt_w_forsythe Even after answering all the onboarding questions (13 questions), Play Console keeps redirecting me back to the Dashboard and tells me to run Closed testing. It says the “Production review” button will stay disabled until I get 12 testers for 14+ days in Closed testing.

@vibeautomater I started from zero with no coding knowledge, and it’s been so hard without anyone to lean on. The lack of technical knowledge is my biggest struggle — and most help comes with a price tag. Even ChatGPT can only take me so far.
