Some major improvements in the weight room and in the kitchen this season. I put on 10lbs of lean mass over the season, and haven’t skipped any lifts. Every lift has improved dramatically because of it .

BUILD: 6-0, 210.8
EV: 102 🚀
Present power at the plate with a mature approach that keeps the swing level through the zone. Sets ups in a semi-open stance with the hands held ear high. Loads into a strong backside with a toe tap that gets the hips into position to rotate with advanced strength.

Last 15u tournament for me @PrepBaseballNY Northeast Select pitched a 7inning game with 10k’s sitting 83-85 and topping 87mph, earning the win. This game I focused on pitch tunneling and was successful as shown by the strikeouts. Offensively reached base 3 times and stole 5 bases (stole 3 to third).
Season stats were .470/.556/.742
With 12xbh 25rbis and 13 stolen bags. On the mound pitched to a 1.5 era with 59 strikeouts leading the team in all of those categories.
Excited for the upcoming 17u fall with coach @peter_pena13 and @315GhostNY. Below are pitch tunneling images of a fastball followed by a offspeed.

The #86 player in NY had himself a day on the mound, going 7 IP with 10 Ks. Whippy arm that generates plenty of swing and miss all over the zone.
