He’s a multi-time winner @IMS on Brickyard 400 weekend. He recently expressed strong interest in also running the #Indy500 and was working to do that in the future. Sunday we will light the pylon on Lap 18 of the 500 in memory of @KyleBusch!
Richard Childress Racing has elected to suspend use of the No. 8 and will run the No. 33 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and beyond. Kyle Busch was instrumental in the design of RCR’s stylized No. 8 and it has become synonymous with Kyle and an important symbol for his fans and the NASCAR industry. No one can carry it forward to the level that he did. The No. 8 is reserved and ready for Brexton Busch when he is ready to go NASCAR racing.
“I asked Huggs, whats it going to look like tomorrow
‘Jerrod 13,376 people, every night, they are here to see the Cincinnati Bearcats. Our team is beloved by these fans.’
That started my journey.”
Head Coach Jerrod Calhoun in his opening statement.

Hearing from a source that Calhoun is expected to bring along nearly all of his coaching staff to UC.
Seems that that everyone except associate head coach Eric Haut will be joining the program.

The next 4 days are the absolute best of the year. Don’t let your commitment to work, school, or family interfere with that.
Get fired.
Fail that class.
Neglect that baby.
March Madness only comes around once a year; don’t squander it.
BREAKING: Cincinnati has fired men’s basketball coach Wes Miller after five seasons with the Bearcats.
Miller compiled a 100-75 record, failing to make the NCAA Tournament during his time in Clifton. #Bearcats@JonRothstein first.
Sources: Cincinnati is firing coach Wes Miller, who did not reach the NCAA Tournament in five season there, per me and @jeffborzello. Miller went 100-74 over five years, two in the AAC and three in the Big 12.
Spoke w/ Cincinnati's Wes Miller after his press conference—along with @GoodmanHoops—and asked about where he thinks he stands after five seasons at UC without making the NCAA Tournament.
Here was his response.
AD John Cunningham has a big decision to make in the coming day(s).
Wes Millers full statement on if he is holding out hope for the NCAA tournament
"I think, again, I'm not in the room with the selection committee, so I don't understand all the guidelines of it. But if it's about the best teams at this point, we're one of the best teams in the country. Like, we're an
NCAA Tournament team.
If it's about overall resumé, I'm sure that you can make
some arguments that we're not. But I think we've won
seven out of our last 10 Big 12 games; is that right? Seven out of 10. When's the last time somebody won seven out of 10 in the Big 12 and didn't play in the NCAA Tournament? Honestly? Like, we won seven out of 10 in this league, including a 20-point win on the road at Kansas.
I mean, again, I don't know what goes on. I certainly feel that we belong. I know tonight would have helped, but it wasn't like we got run out of the gym tonight. We have a three- or four-possession lead there late in the game.
Again, if it's about the best teams, I do believe we'd be in the field. But, again, I don't pretend to understand what goes on.
So certainly we'll hold out hope, but I realize tonight, tonight was difficult. I think everybody in our locker
room understands that."
