Congratulations to team 90700E who competed in the VEX Worlds (Virtual) Robotics Tournament today. This team was one of the top 360 middle school teams in the World! Our entire robotics team had a virtual watch party today. They ended the tournament ranked #44 in their division!

Students learn to wire and program with Arduino in my engineering elective. Every student is also learning to solder and we had some students from the Algalita elective join us to solder their underwater robot. Love teamwork! @PegasusSchool @Algalita

Spending another Saturday at a VEX Robotics Competition was worth it when the girls team ended the day in 4th place! They also received the Build Award for a "well-crafted and constructed robot that efficiently uses mechanical and electrical components." @PegasusSchool

At only 12 years old, Rachel Zimmerman invented the Blissymbol printer, which allows those with disabilities to talk, record thoughts, write, and send emails by touching a screen. Today, she works at NASA and hopes to continue to assist those with disabilities. #WomenInSTEM
