Mum fell and is unable to weight bear. Called @NWAmbulance 17.55 and we are still waiting 7 hours later. I understand it's busy but communication is very poor. Mum too scared as she cannot stand to get to a bathroom. If she could stand we would have taken her to A&E.

@SpringerSaint I stopped pet insurance for that reason. Dogs have their own bank account for what I would spend on insurance. It's mounted up x
