Find your spark again. Get excited about life again. Pick up an old hobby again. Be playful again. Back yourself again. Make new plans again. There is still so much life to enjoy and so much happiness waiting to be found.
I’ve noticed that people who are not easily embarrassed or ashamed, especially when they know what they’re doing, often end up becoming very successful.
You can achieve almost anything you want in life if you learn to master one thing: Shame. That fear of looking stupid. Fear of being judged. Fear of trying and failing in public. The reality is: People judge. People talk. And then… people forget. So, fuck what people think. Just do what you gotta do. This one singular mindset shift can change your whole life.
Life can change so fast in good directions, too. One meeting, one open door, one yes you almost didn't say, and everything begins to turn. That is why it matters to stay open, to answer the call, to show up even when you are tired. What feels like just another day can quietly become the day your whole story changed for the better.
Support your friends in their businesses and careers. Show up for them, recommend them, celebrate their wins.
Don’t get so caught up in your own life that you forget your friends need support too.
A good life includes people who can tell you the truth without humiliating you. People who can correct you privately, celebrate you publicly, and support you without encouraging your worst habits. Those relationships are worth more than constant applause.
