Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.

In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

You have to become HYPER-AWRE the second you allow SCARCITY to creep into your mind (the gateway to the soul) - and cut that shit out INSTANTANEOUSLY

If the thought makes you shrink (even for a microsecond) - it is gone. It is a LIE.

You will be able to build this defense system into your psyche via meditative practice. When done often enough your life essentially becomes one long meditation & this defense system then becomes engrained into your being & your soul will automatically reject such energy at point of contact. Instant rejection like a forcefield of all things that shrink you (negativity, blame, victimhood, scarcity, win-lose, etc)

Here is where ppl get messed up:

The TRUTH is that you are an infinite being. This is not a lie or a woo-woo statement. This is the Truth. And this is what people do not understand.

People hear something like "you are an infinite being" and they THINK that THAT statement is the lie - when in reality the ACTUAL LIE is the limits you've allowed to exist in your own psyche (that you actually think are real).

Hilarious how backwards the default wiring of the psyche is. Defaults to naive realism & has to be completely unwound & rebuilt. HAVE to raise your awareness (through focused meditation to increase your ability to focus and therefore observe + think) to see a little bit clearer - and then your ENTIRE worldview does a hard 180.

This journey also never fucking ends. There is INFINITE levels upwards in all ways. You cannot fathom the ceiling of the game or how "not far along" you are in terms of your potential.

TRUST yourself, TRUST God (or the universe or whatever you'd prefer to call), TRUST the process

Stop playing small. Keep going. Make your mark.
