@Deliveroo is it best practice to make telephone contact 10mins before expected delivery time to cancel a lunch order. Only to refuse a gesture of good will compensation ?

I am so angry with @currys on the phone to customer service rep for 30mins , no help, no acknowledgement or compassion for their error. £500+ in this climate.
I need to file a formal complaint. Perhaps ombudsman can advise.

paid £520 for a laptop the McAfee code failed. money left my account and told to leave the store with no laptop and no £500.

@ubereats_uk this they are so smart. I tweet, they request I DM, to then ask I go on the app and raise a grievance, knowing full well I can't, as they closed my complaint, hence the tweet 🤣. Very clever!! . Anyways, app deleted. Have a great day 😀

Utterly appalled with the poor customer service from @ubereats_uk re a completely wrong @McDonaldsUK order costing £20. This was clearly McDonalds error, but Uber has shown no regard or acknowledgement for the mistake- all at my expense....just lost my custom !
