@NRFoster_UK @dw_politics YES! And vaccinated people ARE catching covid and spreading it. It's not just a question of "they CAN," it's a fact that they ARE.
I would guess that the only people NOT spreading it right now are the ones with natural immunity- vaxxed or not.
