Hey @Ticketmaster what’s the issue/error we keep getting trying to buy NBA live tickets. We were initially told a 12 year old didn’t need a ticket and now they do but the system is errored out.

@AmericanAir what I just encountered and witnessed done to my fellow passengers by one of your gate agents in Albuquerque was beyond awful. I believe the gate agents name was Talaya and evidently she is a unicorn and has no supervisor she reports to. 🙄do better
