Considering the NSCN-IM’s dominant presence in Ukhrul district & reports of the group collecting their ingenious "Sovereignty Taxes" & "protection fees" from such activities & Highways, The Question begs to be asked:
Is it plausible that this cultivation occurred with Muivah’s explicit & implicit blessings?
Was this blustering fool @ashang_kasar aware of the poppy fields or is he just another sidelined clown? Or was this loud-mouth somehow clued into the poppy game?

My guess is This loudmouth @ashang_kasar with no real influence likely has no meaningful insight into such operations. He is probably too irrelevant to even be in the loop, but his big mouth makes you wonder if he’s got any dirt to spill or atleast guilty of peripheral involvement in the poppy game.
