To anyone who may see patients with "UTI"
⭐NOT all febrile patients need a urine culture
⭐NOT all positive urine cultures need antibiotic treatment (asymptomatic bacteriuria is not UTI)
⭐NOT all ESBL UTI need carbapenems

@reaset41 Seth Reasoner who is defining the microbiome in infants 4-6 months of age. He identified actinobacteria, firmicutes, and proteobacteria in the core microbiome. He is now studying Actinognum Schaalii which is most commonly observed
