@FlyWithLEVEL I understand luggage gets lost, but I checked in with my husband and his bag made it to Newark. You are taking no responsibility for finding the luggage, have sent me no updates, and customer service refuses to help.
@FlyWithLEVEL flew from Paris to Newark for my honeymoon on 9/1. My husband’s bag made it on the flight, but mine didn’t. I even spoke with someone who said “they don’t have the technology to track bags using the bar codes and confirmation numbers provided for luggage.” Really??
I flew from Paris to Newark after my honeymoon on 9/1. My husband’s bag made it on the flight, but mine didn’t. I even spoke with someone who said “they don’t have the technology to track bags using the bar codes and confirmation numbers provided for luggage.” Seriously?
@FlyWithLEVEL horrible customer service. Not a single person I have spoken with over the past 3 days has been able to help me with my lost luggage claim. I have been hung up on, passed to the representative sitting next to them, and NO ONE will put me in touch with a manager.
@Delta was supposed to land in JFK at 6pm, now I won’t get there until 1:00 am if I’m lucky. Did every other plane get slotted ahead of us? Haven’t received a single email or tweet from @delta apologizing or offering ANYTHING following this debacle
@Delta at the end of my rope. My flight was delayed heading out, and then you diverted DL 1545 to Harrisburg keeping everyone hanging on with nonupdates on the hour. Now a bus is getting us? This is a 6 hour delay at least. I don’t want cheezits and warm soda I want my money back
@delta I get that delays and cancellations happen, but keeping everyone hanging on by the hour with no promise of any voucher, flight credit, or ANYTHING OF VALUE isn’t right. It’s horrible customer service. The reps onsite aren’t even communicating with onsite airport security
