@DVLAgovuk I paid £84 on 9/11/2020 to renew my license and I still haven’t received it. I know there’s an 11th month extension, but I’d like to know I’ll receive it. I’ve tried several times to reach you but I can’t get through on the phone or web chat. Please help.

@Transdev @harrogatebus Farewell #36bus 😢 07.48 from Prince of Wales didn’t turn up again. 2 days in a row now. I will be late for work again. I ran across slippery paths to the station, and I’m now aboard a train as I type. I’ve been loyal to #36bus for over 3 years... goodbye

@Transdev @harrogatebus Bad experiences with the 36 bus today. 07.48 from Prince of Wales to Leeds didn’t turn up and the 17.52 from The Headrow was nearly 20 mins late - standing room only all the way to Chapel Allerton. What’s happening?

@harrogatebus @Transdev Please can you also look into why the 16.51 from Leeds Headrow didn’t turn up today. The only 2 buses I’m catching this week were both “no shows”. Hope next week improves.

@harrogatebus Please confirm how these vouchers should be processed so I can let the drivers know. I’ve got 2 more to use and they’re causing hassle by not being listed on the ticket machine. It takes the drivers a few minutes to scroll through options. Meanwhile there’s a queue of passengers.

@harrogatebus Tried to use a "Day Tripper plus on us" complimentary voucher today, but the driver couldn't find it on the system, said they're not valid. Luckily I got a free trip into Leeds, but will have the same problem getting back to Harrogate this evening. Please advise.

@harrogatebus 07.49 to Leeds from Prince of Wales. Helpful driver, really did his best, even phoned the office when he had a few mins to spare at Moortown, but no joy. I've tried calling 01423 566061 all day - just get an answer phone or the line goes dead.
