@aincomeinvestor @GrantCardone 100%. I have many friends in married couples that are bringing in $300-$400k between the two of them, $1500/mo in car notes, childcare, etc. But they live in these ginormous houses with huge mortgages and use about 50% of it. It’s a choice.

@lindsay__stamp My Honda is 10 years old with 88k miles but has the CVT transmission that apparently costs thousands to rebuild. Planning to offload it later this year and buy a used v6 4Runner (no turbo crap lol) and then keep that for another 10 years
