Ghana is and has always been a very misguided country, run by intentionally ineffective leadership since time in memorial.

If I want to import a 2002 Corolla from Ghana to the US, I would pay around $160 in import duty, which is about GH¢1,900. But if I want to import the same car from the US to Ghana, the Ghanaian government would charge around $7,300, which is about GH¢75,904. That’s over a 3,895% increase. The US, an advanced country with much higher wages, exempts much of the tax because the car is old. But Ghana, which can’t even produce cars locally and has a daily minimum wage of around GH¢20, adds penalties because the car is old, even though they know many people can’t afford newer ones. Do you see the nonsense in this?

The dialogue online about relationships is always interesting to watch, but it usually comes down to men and women not understanding each other.

Women think men think like them, and men think women process & respond like them, so both end up responding to a version of each other that doesn’t actually exist.

And it’s not entirely their fault, most people were raised on the idea of equality in a way that ignores real fundamental biological differences, so they move through relationships assuming the same thoughts, desires and behaviors, when that’s not reality.
