#Vignettereplacement is like chasing our own tail. Submitted my daughter’s passport on 6th July. It has been 60 days now for just keeping passport in a shelf. Should I celebrate @UKinIndia or @VFSGlobal??? You are playing with lives just because you cannot do your work properly.

@VFSGlobal customer care mails are not being responded. The helpline is down owing to the pandemic. The complaint portal is also not been looked at even after a week of raising the request. How do we reach out to know the application status . @UKinIndia @ukhomeoffice
