Hadn’t taken my meds for a few days cause I forgot to pick them up and taking them last night/this morning has made me feel so much better, shows how much they actually help

Antipsychotics have ruined my body and I’m so mad but they got me well at the time. And luckily I’m now on one that doesn’t increase appetite. Fuck quetiapine and olanzapine

So determined to get this weight off at the gym. Slowly losing it anyway with my diet but the gym has the potential to make it so much faster, I will get back to a size 10/12 again!!
