@IndesitUK AGAIN, I haven’t received a reply to my DM for 2 days. I have been waiting since Tues for someone from your complaints team to call me. @BBCWatchdog I’ve been without a washing machine for 2 1/2 weeks. This is the second time it’s broken since Nov with the same issue.

@IndesitUK I would like to raise a formal complaint about the repair of our washing machine. I've had it for 4 months and in that time it hasn't worked at all for 4 weeks, meaning I haven't been able to use it for 25% of the time I've had it. I would like someone to contact me.

@Fabletics I’ve come back to use my VIP membership to order some 2 for £24 leggings to be told that it’s a sign up offer only?? Been back to your website and NOWHERE does it state that this is a sign up offer. Your employee, Zach, even admitted to me that this was misleading 🤷‍♀️

I spoke to one of your customer service team on 27/11/2020 about my lost parcel and am yet to hear back as to where the parcel is. I have a reference number and was told it would be 5-7 days until I receive a response. Please can someone get in touch with me?

@YodelOnline ‘Keeping You Informed’ is quite an ironic tagline seeing as I received the ‘I have attempted to deliver this parcel three times’ note but haven’t received any emails or any other attempted delivery notes.

I am so proud of myself at the moment. I may not have the job I dream of having but I’m living in London, I’m completely financially independent from my parents and any loans company, I’m putting a roof over my own head, food on my plate and paying my bills on time. Well done me!
