Today, the most uninspiring and unattractive employment is being a CIVIL SERVANT or a TEACHER

These careers were the most attractive. Every citizen dreamt of working for the government:

Today, a civil servant or a teacher:

• Works like a dog.

• The payslip is a crime scene.

• Rising through job groups is not guaranteed unless you bribe.

• Cannot afford dignified medical services.

• There is nothing to show for the years you have worked in the service.

A civil servant or a teacher can get stuck in one job group for 15 years, earning the same salary.

The bosses who just joined the service recently and are mostly seconded by politicians, earn higher salaries and allowances, are incompetent.

Civil servants carry the burden of their corrupt bosses. If the boss is accused of corruption, he will be protected by politicians, while the hopeless servant will be prosecuted in court for corruption.

Unless we revamp the civil service by humanizing civil servants, the entire service will become a failed system.

Public institutions will collapse, and citizens will be the losers.

Meanwhile, if you are a civil servant, start exiting the service as early as now.

Get a loan, buy arable land, build your home, start an enterprise that can monetize your skills and live like a human being.

You can only survive if you are corrupt. There is no room for honesty and integrity in the service.

If you are honest, politicians will kick you out of office because you have become a stumbling block to their thievery.

Civil service has become a prison destroyed by politicians and a corrupt regime.
