वाह! क्या गज़ब की संवेदनशीलता है।

जब तक सांसें थीं, जब तक वह बुजुर्ग वैज्ञानिक और संत मां गंगा के लिए 111 दिनों तक तिल तिल गलता रहा, तब तक सत्ता उनके खाक हो जाने का इंतज़ार करती रही!

मांगें तो छोड़िए, उन्हें 111 दिनों में एक बार भी सुध लेने की फुर्सत नहीं मिली जो सीधे 'मां गंगा' के बुलावे पर आए थे।

लेकिन जैसे ही आख़िरी सांस थमी, सिस्टम की उंगलियां कीबोर्ड पर तड़तड़ाने लगीं। जो काम ज़िंदा रहते मुलाकात या एक मजबूत फ़ैसले से हो सकता था, उसे मृत्यु के बाद सिर्फ़ 26 शब्दों में समेट दिया गया।

काश! प्रधानमंत्री जी ने ऐसे ही कोई 26 शब्द, जीडी अग्रवाल के पत्र के जवाब में लिख दिए होते तो शायद आज गंगापुत्र हमारे बीच होते!
