@LakelandUK I brought a breadmaker during your lifetime warranty that has stopped working. I was told this could be replaced but now noone is responding to emails (since Nov) or calling me back despite being told on several occasions a manager would call me. Hugely disappointing.

@British_Airways Have had this message since 12 despite trying on different browsers /laptops. It let's me choose my flights but then I can't finish

@vueling I finally spoke to someone who said that I have to contact British Airways as this is who the original booking was through. Is that correct, why would they give us a refund as we paid for the
seats directly with Vueling?

@vueling we paid for seats on check in, at the desk they changed them for no reason and told us to claim a refund from Vueling. This was not acceptable, my daughter is a bad traveller, so we paid for a seat in the middle of the plane but were moved to the back row with no window.
