@DeanGWilliamson @ChrisDJackson Yes. In NY City/State, rape is penetration using a penis. Pretty much every other state would classify vaginal penetration by any object as rape. The judge concluded that trumps actions were tantamount to rape.
Trump is a rapist, among other things.
