@AskLyft hello! Last Sunday morning at 7:00 am I arrived from a trip at the airport and requested a ride for me, my wife and my pet. We were very tired from the trip and wanted to get home. The app has the option to select a pet ride ( but doesn’t have the option to choose which type of car). To my unpleasant surprise when the ride arrived the driver had a small car and he refused to take us. Two people with two bags two carry on and a small pet dog ( schnauzer). Also, told me that he didn’t take pets even when I selected that option and he accepted it. He claimed that that option is made by Lyft and not him. After all that I contacted Lyft help and because I made the claim and was disappointed with the treatment from the help assistance and let him know about it( he was asking what type of service my dog does) questions unrelated to my case. He then proceeded to deactivate my account without any reason and accusing me of “ I am going to take action on your account for agent abuse discrimination …”. Now I don’t have access to Lyft. I contacted the help center again and they told me someone else will contact me by email. Still waiting and nothing happened. You can read the email in the case. What should I do?

@AmericanExpress it’s very sad to be traveling with your small pet dog and go to an airport launch which is a “benefit “ from your Platinum card and be told that can’t go inside with it. Very disappointing to find out that a company such as Amex is going backwards instead of forward in today’s moving world. It is the only place where this is a common practice, ever other place accommodates dogs and/or cats and you decided to banned them all. I’m sure someone will say that it’s for the comfort of their clients. Thank you for accommodating me and my family. Bad deeds

So, all these people came into the US “ILLEGALLY through a illegal border crossing “ without any verification without any type of vetting and they are being treated as “workers“ BUT, more than a million people who came to the US “LEGALLY “ through the legal port of entry, vetted by CBP and USCIS registered into their system created by the government , students with Masters degrees and high GPA , hard working entrepreneurs who invested their own money to work hard and pay taxes following the law and acting as educated as no other and treated as “dirt bags” and are being force to leave everything and go back to a country run by a Drug Cartel ? Maybe was because the governments is this hemisphere were aligned with USA and knew what would happen if they didn’t until the USA abandoned them.
