📌📢 Just wanna share to those who need mental health consultations...Muntinlupa City actually has FREE psychologists and psychiatrists!!! And their doctors are nice! (looks at you PGH smh)

I didn't wanna gatekeep my doctors cuz cmon life is too short to gatekeep mental health bruh

The only catch is: you HAVE to be early. Like 4:30 AM lined up kinda early. Cuz they start taking names na by 6AM.

And mind you, they have a cutoff everyday so please try to be as early as you can! May mga taong dumadayo pa from San Pablo Laguna, Valenzuela, Caloocan City for this so~

And there ARE free meds, though sometimes they are out of stock. 😅 Kinda sucks but hey at least consults are free. Magkano na psych ngayon, ah.
