It’s my understanding that a misleading question is sneakier than a leading question. It tries to trick or confuse the witness so they give a wrong or false answer. It often contains a false assumption or twists the facts to mess with the witnesses’ memory or to make them doubt themselves or make them answer a certain way allowing impeachment.

@KenCuccinelli @TinaRamirezVA When I went to vote yesterday there were Vote yes, stop the MAGA power grab signs posted. There were no signs posted about voting no. Also, the explanation for the vote on the ballot itself was problematic.
