@ZuantheFaun OMG where was this from? That looks soooooo good! @Kadderin and I were there over the weekend and stuffed ourselves silly on all the Festival of the Holidays foods in DCA so we didn't try anything in Disneyland. Definitely need to go back before the 8th!

@brockNaters @RiotDrawl It's a max of 5% + inflation rate, capped at 10% (California Tenant Protection Act). There's also exceptions (of course) where they can go higher. Sad thing is if you don't renew they're probably happy because they can charge the new tenant even more :(.

@ashh_bashttv Also a fan of separate accounts - it's nice being able to keep personal and public stuff separate - at least for your main socials. Especially if you already have friends and family following you who may not be interested in the streaming stuff.

Don't worry, everything was ok. It was just 2 pea-sized wool fuzzies that happened to blow out from under the dresser at the same time. But it COULD have been bugs!
