Spotted this photo while on assignment at Oxford University N. America office, Lord Chris Patten, former Oxford Chancellor and the last Governor of Hong Kong. Took me back to the day before the Handover. Seeing him and UK PM Tony Blair at M&S on the last day of the British rule.
