I am begging for help recovering my Snapchat account. This is not just about an account — this is about the last memories I have of my great-grandpa.

My Snapchat username is kadencee_02. My account was compromised after my ex stole my iPhone and iPad, which were already logged into my Snapchat account. Because the access came from my own trusted devices, I understand why Snapchat’s system may not have detected unusual activity.

My photos and videos of my great-grandpa were stored on those devices and saved through Snapchat Memories. Those devices were stolen, and I have no way to get them back right now. There is a police report, and my ex has been arrested. He is facing charges related to theft of my belongings and breaking and entering, but law enforcement has not been able to recover all of my property.

At this point, Snapchat Memories is my last chance to see those moments with my great-grandpa again. Those photos and videos are irreplaceable, and losing them would mean losing the only memories I have left of him.

I have already submitted multiple support requests and keep receiving automated responses that do not address my situation. I still have access to the email address and phone number linked to my Snapchat account, and I am willing to verify my identity and provide any documentation needed.

My account is currently deactivated and still within the 30-day window before permanent deletion. I am desperately asking for someone at Snapchat to manually review my case before those memories are permanently lost.

I am not asking to bypass security or break any rules. I just need the opportunity to prove this is my account and recover memories of someone I love.
