Hey, @scooterscoffee, your new rewards program kinda sucks. I'm all for different amounts of Smiles for various rewards. But, I used to get any latte I wanted for my birthday reward. Today, I got 200 Smiles for my b-day. Not even enough for a free brewed coffee!!

Not cool @tacobell!! I placed a mobile order for pickup, but the lobby was closed and they wouldn't even bring me my order to the door. Told me to go thru the drive thru. The line was 8 deep and not moving. I guess you the get to keep my son's tacos!
