Aku rasa sistem kehakiman kita ada kelemahan bila org kaya boleh saman sesiapa saja yg dia mahu dan org miskin akan kalah saman di mahkamah sebab tak mampu upah peguam bagi dirinya. Sepatutnya setiap manusia mesti diwakili lawyer secara pro bono sama ada kes jenayah atau sivil.

I think the resume and cover letter mean a lot for the first tier job hunting. Then interview.

Mostly, MNC will ask what can you and your life experience can contribute and benefitting the company, not expecting otherwise.

CGPA it's also to see how commit someone in their responsibilities which nowdays, kurang memuaskan. But, I always wanted to be fair to everyone. I pernah buat interview seminggu. Paid RM 500 a week to see how their performance and commitments. Alhamdulillah, i'm happy with it
