Kaeden Prost working with the @108_Performance BP Vest at @StlYard ! It took Kaeden a single swing to adjust to the vest trying to open up his shoulder prematurely and he quickly adjusted and was able to keep his coil and hinge throughout.
In Kaeden's words:
At first it felt pretty weird getting my shoulder pulled backwards but once I got the hang of keeping my front shoulder in and started my swing with my hips it felt good and once it was off my body just naturally coiled and stayed in the hinge and my front shoulder stayed closed thru contact...swing felt explosive!

Working with Kaeden on his lateral movement during his stride and staying thru the ball. Instead of just throwing the typical drills which may/may not help we use AI powered biomechanics using the Skelton overlay to see the exact joint to joint interaction. Here we are using a foam roller to feel the stride while staying stack on the back side and a mini resistance band on top(back) hand to facilitate follow thru the ball. Just a 5% turn in that top hand thru the ball will result in a less than perfect follow thru. Come check us out at @StlYard to see our training in action or DM me and I can analyze any side view video you have and offer advice!
