2 years... wow tagal na pala, no? 🙂
I came because of Rain, but somewhere along the way, I stayed because of the people.
I remember we were all scrambling for the Big Night, and somewhere in that chaos, I got adopted into a gdm.
Shoutout sa inyo Rainchalants! 💚 Mga bai, you probably didn't know it, but you made one of the darkest times of my life a little lighter. Salamat.
Kahit puro uhog minsan ang nakikita ko sa gdm noon 🤣, I may have been one of the quiet ones, but I genuinely enjoyed your company and found comfort in all the chaos and laughter.
Before this fandom, I barely knew how to use X. I didn't know what reposts, qrts, gdms, Space, trending parties, ... goodness, kahit nga pubmat di ko alam. 🤣
I never would've thought joining streaming efforts with Team Rainstream would even introduce me to Stationhead, Rave, streaming etiquette and strategies, Spotify playlisting..I even tried to learn pati Google Apps Script and charting for statistics 😂
Looking back, it's funny but amazing how much I learned and continue to learn just by being part of this fandom, like sooo much.
So... what keeps me a Raindear?
It's the community.
These people fueled by the same passion and dedication, who are willing to pour their hearts out into something and someone they believe in.
The fandom really does reflect who they admire.
@rainraincelmar , thank you.
None of these people would've crossed paths without you. You unknowingly brought together these wonderful strangers who eventually became a community.
Reach those dreams, Rain, claim it. Never stop believing in yourself cause we won't. We'll continue to cheer you on, never doubt that 🙂
I hope you're proud of your Raindears. 💚🫶🏻
Wow, naging appreciation post pa ngani. 😂 Pasensya na kayo, pagbigyan nyo na. Hahahahaha
Or maybe, on second thought, I take back my apology hahaha
Life's too short, it's nice to pause every once in a while and appreciate people and memories.
Because I guess that's what the memories became to me, an appreciation.
For Rain, who unknowingly brought all of us together.
For the Raindears, who made it feel like home.
Salamat.
I was there along the journey,
And I'm grateful I was. 💚
Happy 2nd Anniversary, Raindears. 🍻

Parents and other adults should not place the blame on technology alone. Games, social media, and the internet can influence children, but they do not raise them.
A child can be restricted from one platform today and find another tomorrow.
We, as adults, must also be willing to examine our own shortcomings, acknowledge where we may have fallen short, and take responsibility for the role we play in shaping the next generation.
Why not focus on educating families on digital literacy, encourage parental involvement, and create environments where children are guided rather than left to navigate the online world alone.
Do parents/guardians know what their children are playing? Who they talk to online? What content they consume? What interests them? What struggles they are dealing with?
Getting involved doesn't mean controlling every aspect of a child's life. It means taking the time to understand their hobbies, interests, and online environment. And this responsibility does not fall on parents alone. Siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, teachers, and communities all have a role to play. Everyone has a role to play.
Parents and family members need to educate themselves about technology. We can no longer afford to dismiss online spaces, games, and social media as things that are "not relevant" to adults. Whether we like it or not, these platforms are where many children spend a significant part of their time.
Children are not accessories, or obligations to be checked off a list. They are human beings whose values, habits, and worldview are shaped by the people around them.
Parents are entrusted with a life. What you teach your children matters. What you fail to teach them matters too.
The lessons they learn and the lessons they don't, can follow them for the rest of their lives.

This Christmas season is a gentle reminder of love, hope, and togetherness. As the year slowly comes to an end, we want to pause and say thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to every RainDEAR who stayed, believed, and supported with sincerity. Your love is felt in every small action, every kind word, and every quiet effort you give.
Being part of this fandom is more than just support. It is choosing to care, choosing to be patient, and choosing to stand together through every moment. Through busy days and long nights, RainDEARs continue to show genuine love not only for Rain, but also for one another. That kind of bond is rare and truly special.
This Christmas, may your hearts feel lighter and your homes feel warmer. May you find joy in simple moments, peace in quiet days, and comfort in the people who matter most to you. May this season give you rest, healing, and hope for brighter days ahead.
As we welcome the holidays and look forward to a new year, let us carry this love with us. Let us continue to support with kindness, move forward with faith, and stay united as one family.
Wishing every RainDEAR a meaningful, peaceful, and heartfelt Christmas, and a new year filled with hope, love, and blessings 💚
