Queues shouldn’t have 2 million people
Tickets should be released in waves
Reselling tickets should be turned off
Ticket limit should’ve been 2 per show

We think all of these things would’ve helped but it’s confirmed Ariana is working on a solution and we definitely think more tickets will be made available to us fans 💙

@dangerous_type5 @backtofolklores don’t give up just yet! artist’s always keep some tickets back which will get slowly released over time. we still have a year to go just keep checking you might see some seats pop up and call up the o2 if you can every now and then because they might have some available in -
