@hefwood@BBCNews Totally unfair. They are criticised if they are elitist and criticised if they behave like everyone else. Give the woman a break! How vulnerable do you want her too feel for God's sake.
@paullewismoney@ThePLSA@SandraHardial@Moneybox@BBCRadio4 Can't quite believe how many people on here assume retired means no mortgage. The housing situation in UK means many are not getting their first mortgage till late 30's and 35 year mortgages are becoming norm.
@JaneyGodley Gus, 11 yrs old. Came to live with me last summer following the death of my sister. He adored her, she him. The aim is to make him happy every day.
@doctor_oxford Rachel, are you aware of the dental damage to staff who had to wear masks for extensive periods. Facing huge dental bills (No access to NHS dentistry). Surely should be categorised as industrial injury and appropriate compensation.
@dementia_physio Seriously recommend going No Dig. It saves time, better crop yield and the environment. Check out Charles Dowding You Tube channel and watch the Getting started video. Good luck.
@sarajcox Mary Poppins 1965. I was 5.Didn't get in the first time we went. Queue round the block. Cried all the way home. Went back 2 weeks later. I still know the words to every song.
@zackferguson I really think a factor for negotiation should be student loans. Medical, nursing, therapist degrees should be funded centrally not by individuals perhaps in return for commitment working within NHS. Thoughts?
@PhelpsieSarah I struggled to write my sisters eulogy until I just wrote a short story of an event was meaningful to her and me. From that moment it just flowed and i was able to weave in many facets of who she was. I wish you well.
@fopminui@fasc1nate This photo taken in 1914 is of my aunt(the baby), my Grandfather, my great grandmother and my great great grandmother born in 1840's. I treasure it.
