An Open Letter to @MEXC_Official 👇

The $RIO Community is deeply concerned about two ongoing issues on your platform:

1⃣ Suspended Algorand Chain Deposits.

Deposits for the Algorand version of RIO have been "temporarily" suspended for maintenance since May.

There have been no updates OR any estimated completion date. This lack of communication and transparency is deeply frustrating.

2⃣ Unwanted Futures Trading.

Re-enabling perpetual trading for RIO, a low cap asset, exposes it to significant risks of price manipulation and volatility, potentially harming the entire ecosystem.

The team and community did no request this feature.

This practice appears to be more focussed on artificially influencing the market rather than supporting healthy project development.

I have been a long-term supporter and user of MEXC.

Your willingness to list new and emerging projects, particularly in the RWA narrative, has been fantastic!

Therefore, I kindly ask MEXC to:

🔹Provide an update on the Algorand Chain Deposit Issue.

🔹Remove RIO from Futures Trading (Spot Trading is Fine).

Please consider the requests above and take the necessary steps to support the RIO Community and your platform's users.
