BREAKING:

The NPA is expected to be in court on Friday where it intends to, in its ENTIRETY, unconditionally withdraw the criminal case against Crime intelligence boss Dumisani Khumalo, maj-gen Nozipho Madondo, Brig Dineo Mokwele and their co-accused. This comes after the NPA last month communicated that it would provisionally withdraw the charges pending the finalisation of its review and if IDAC had any further evidence to bring.

The communication was sent by adv Joy Hlatywayo from IDAC in an email seen by @Newzroom405

Hlatywayo’s name featured quite prominently during the IDAC stream at the #MadlangaCommission as someone who had raised concerns internally about the lack of evidence to support the charges against the senior CI officials.
