@Halfords_uk absolutely amazing service today from Steve in your Ashbourne store on Waterside Retail Park. Incredible knowledge of cycling and cycles, and took the care to explain and give invaluable information. I would choose this store over my local one!

@NationalHways trying to get home from Wales. Part of the A40 closed. Slip Road onto the M5 closed. No pre-warning, no option to choose an alternative route, just stuck in diversions. Not impressed!

@chilternrailway I’m now sat waiting in Marylebone because for the second night in a row your train to Birmingham is too small. Passengers crammed into every corner and more left on the platform because they couldn’t squeeze on. Very poor service when tickets have been booked!

@edsheeran Three friends spent hours on hold trying to get accessible seats for your tour. The only way to book wheelchair access is direct with the venue - it’s not possible online. A bit cheeky I know, but do you have any influence?! They’re gutted!
