Cucumbers. The greenhouse is bursting with them, having such a glut I had to get creative to find another way to use them up, so I made cake and it’s blooming delicious. Cucumber and lemon cake - how’s that for inventive and waste not want not @HughFW @jamieoliver @thevalefood 🤣

I’ve made a formal complaint, not heard back from that either. But your happy to take the rent week on week.
