@Josep_Opicho The ministry of health shoulf intervene and knw the truth of the matter... How patients are mishandled yet we orthotrauma personnels are jobless.... Some of the rehabilitative departments who are supposed to rehabilitate patients after trauma are now maNaging fractures

@Johnikigu254 Most of the hospitals do not even have orthopaedic trauma personnels yet they manage fractures in daylight.... Buh why Yet we orthopaedicans are unemployed...?

@kagohnjuguna Let them show their roles in their scheme of service... In fact they don't have the scheme of service together with orthopaedic technologists( prosthetist orthotists)

@Josep_Opicho Actually orthopaedic technologists an physiotherapists aint supposed to manage fractures they knw absolutely nothing in facture management... Their role is rehabilitation after management of the patients
