@RI_DLT It’s been more than two weeks since I filed my claim and my status is still pending. Is there an updated service level time for when we can expect a claim to be processed? Also, If approved, will payments be retroactive to the three weeks that I have not been receiving a payment?

@RI_DLT I filed 14 days ago and only received the first email from the DLT which told me to wait for a second email before I could claim benefits. Is there anything I should be doing while I wait?
