1⃣ Nutrition: Animal Sourced Protein & Fat
Bones are made up of 50% protein & 50% minerals. The protein is within a collagen-protein matrix. Osteoporosis cannot be reversed without an abundance of animal sourced fatty meat & eggs, containing high amounts of collagen. These are the building blocks that bones need to rebuild.
Consume daily a minimum of 1 gram protein & 1 gram fat per each pound of desired body weight. For example, someone weighing 150 lbs needs a minimum of 150 grams of protein & 150 grams of fat from animal sources.
Here's an example of what that would look like in a day: 1 lb (454gr) of red meat, 1/2 lb (227gr) of wild caught salmon & 4 eggs, plus animal based cooking fats.
Focus on natural collagen from whole cuts of meat, organs, connective tissue, eggs & beef stock, tallow, butter & ghee.
Eliminate as much dietary sugar as possible, including Carbohydrates. Glucose removes minerals FROM the bones & is a direct cause of Osteoporosis. High glucose is bad for bones.
2⃣ Sun Exposure & Supplements
Our bodies needs at least 20 minutes of daily sun exposure for cholesterol synthesis of Vitamin D3. Bone tissue is also a mineralised matrix of inorganic various salts. In order to rebuild bone, major & trace minerals must be in the diet everyday.
The 12 major & 60+ trace minerals are contained in unrefined mineral salt which is needed everyday. Unrefined salt...NOT toxic table salt.

The Osteoblasts use the collagen-protein matrix & mineral salts from the diet as raw materials for your spine, pelvis, legs & arms stimulating new bone growth on whatever bones you are targeting with weights.
The stronger your skeleton, the more protection against fracture. Cardio will not rebuild bone.
