Die Grünen haben diese Woche einen Gesetzesentwurf in den deutschen Bundestag eingebracht, der den deutschen Immobilienmarkt völlig zum Kollabieren bringen könnte.

Der steuerfreie Verkauf nach 10 Jahre Haltedauer soll abgeschafft werden.

Für viele private Vermieter einer der Hauptgründe sich den ganzen Stress mit Kaufen, Renovieren, Sanieren, Mietermanagement etc. überhaupt ans Bein zu binden.

Das Resultat wären - wie bei fast allen Vorschlägen der Grünen zum Immobilienmarkt - sinkende Investitionen und steigende Mieten.
