I was scammed and thought that Yakshart only scammed me, but he also scammed PayPal by giving them the wrong tracking number, the recipient's name is someone else,not me,who made the purchase and the shipping address information is also wrong, & when I opened a dispute,

@SaudiDCD السلام عليك ،تم رفع طلب التعويض عن سيول امطار جدة التى وقعت بتاريخ ٢٤/١١/٢٠٢٢ عن طريق الموقع، وتم حصولي على رقم ولكنه لم يت التواصل معي من قبل لجنة المعاينه رغم زياراتي المتكررة لفرع الرحاب حتى تاريخه وابلغت بانه تم ايقاف التعويضات ! فهل التعويضات لفئة معينه فقط؟
