@beltranafelipe1 @tarkov It works if you play on the BSG servers. There's a checkbox you can toggle when selecting a map to play on that prevents the game from starting a local game on your pc. Pro: The game is smoother. Con: You're now forced into the matchmaking queue to find a server for 5+ minutes

Customer service number keeps ping-ponging us back into the phone tree or hanging up.

@AmericanAir The delay isn't the point. None of your in-airport customer service people seem to know how to hand out a meal voucher for a 3+ hour delay and finding an onsite supervisor is basically impossible.

Hand-waiving this away is unacceptable. Please reach out with a solution.
