I am writing to formally address a serious matter involving an attempt to murder and robbery that has significantly impacted my brother’s life and safety.

On [14-10-2024], My brother was returning from a friend’s birthday when 2 cars - Tata safari and Mahindra thar blocked his route on NH2 with around 10-12 people. The assailants had guns and as they got out of their cars they started to destroy our car with lathis ,stones and beer bottles .

This incident has caused my brother physical, emotional, and financial repercussions. I am deeply concerned about my brother’s safety .

As we have already filed an FIR but no arrests were made. Assailants are going live and boasting about there actions online.
I urge your department to take the necessary steps to investigate this incident thoroughly. I believe it is crucial to hold those responsible accountable and to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. @myogiadityanath

A SAD DAY FOR DEMOCRACY
On 8th day of fast, 61 people doing a Moun Vrat on Ekadashi to #SaveLadakh #SaveHimalayas were forcibly detained.
We were told BNSS 163 (144) prohibitory orders were permanently applied in entire New Delhi district. This I think is against the spirit of the constitution of India aricle 19- freedom of speech & movement.
Firstly continuous application and 2ndly is it 'reasonable' to use it on people fasting peacefully!!!
What do you think. Do please advise in comments.
