This 1 minute and 42 seconds video is something I would recommend people to watch.
The person speaking is the Chief Justice of South Africa

There is a Constitution bench judgment of SC which says judges don’t serve at the pleasure of the President.
So, President cannot reject the resignation of a sitting Judge.
Supreme Court hears case of a man removed from CISF service because of unauthorised absence:
ASG SD Sanjay: absence is of 11 days.
Justice BV Nagarathna: this is a case for imposing cost with dismissal. We have been shouting. Pendency, pendency. Who is the biggest litigant? His dismissal is disproportionate. High court granted him relief. Instead of giving opinion that you will not go to Supreme Court, you still proceed against him. What had we said in the SCBA function? (referring to SCBA’s national conference where Justice Nagarathna recently spoke extensively about government being responsible for case backlog). We will impose cost in this case. We do not find any reason whatsoever to interfere with the impugned order. We fail to understand as to why the Union of India and others have approached this court. We dismiss this SLP with cost of Rs. 25000.
Justice Nagarathna: we have taken the SCBA conference very seriously. It was not just to go to some resort and come back. We made preparations, we did homework. We spoke. Not to forget.

Delhi High Court rules that vehicles of India’s top constitutional authorities like the President, the Vice President, Governors and Lieutenant Governors will soon have to get registration numbers.

Pray for restraining JCP from appointing judges, and stopping SJC from proceeding against judges who refuse to comply with transfer orders if any
The principle is straightforward : if you’re paid with taxpayers’ money and you have the authority to spend taxpayers’ money, you shouldn’t have any immunity.
“Deemed resignation” seems like another way to remove unfavourable judges:
SC judge who doesn’t accept FCC appointment deemed retired
HC judge who doesn’t consent to transfer deemed retired
SC judge nominated as CJ but doesn’t accept deemed retired, along with 2 not nominated
Proposed amendments to Art 243:
COAS will also be Chief of Defence Forces
Field Marshal shall remain in uniform for life. Can only be removed through impeachment
Govt shall determine duties of a Field Marshal
Field Marshal will have legal immunity
#WATCH | Delhi: Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud addresses the commemoration of the Special Lok Adalat in the Supreme Court of India.
He says, " ...A very senior secretary from the Govt of India and former civil servant...said that he never knew that Supreme Court deals with such small cases because we are so used to looking at the Supreme Court dealing with the all the big ticket cases...what is lost to so many people are the kind of small work we do in the Supreme Court...When the Constitution was made by stalwarts like BR Ambedkar, they did it with a mission...this was a court which was being set up in a poor society where there was an absence of access to justice...idea behind the establishment of this institution was...this would be a court reaching out to the lives of common citizens...purpose of Lok Adalat has been to take the justice to the homes of people..."
