जुवेनाइल जस्टिस (JJ) एक्ट के तहत किसी भी नाबालिग के साथ इस प्रकार की खींचतान, दबाव और दुर्व्यवहार करना नियमों के पूरी तरह खिलाफ है।।।

पुलिस स्टेशन के अंदर और बाहर मासूम बच्चे को डराना-धमकाना उसके कोमल मन पर गहरा मानसिक आघात पहुंचा सकता है।।।

क्या नागरिकों की सुरक्षा का दावा करने वाली पुलिस का एक बच्चे के प्रति ऐसा रवैया न्यायसंगत ठहराया जा सकता है???

क्या बाल अधिकारों (Child Rights) और जुवेनाइल जस्टिस एक्ट के नियमों की कोई अहमियत नहीं बची है???

इस पूरे मामले में तुरंत संज्ञान लिया जाए और दोषी पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ सख्त अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाए।।।
