I am a regular customer at your Sahakaranagar, Bengaluru branch. Today, the billing staff behaved rudely and arrogantly when I asked him to speak in Kannada. This disrespect to customers and to the language of the land is unacceptable. Please ensure your staff are trained to be polite and to respect Kannada.
